Overview

Pholia is a powerful hybrid attacker-supporter, especially after her June 2019 rebalance. The centerpiece of her kit is White VeilATK, DEF, and critical hit rate are boosted and deals multiattacks (Can't be removed / Ends when endurance hits 0)
—as long as she can maintain its Shield endurance, she gets guaranteed critical hits, guaranteed double attacks, and a 30% boost to ATK/DEF. She also grants a party-wide ShieldNext ATK received will be ineffective for a fixed amount
to all allies through her Charge Attack, which also refills her Shield's endurance to self-maintain White Veil.

Trance AbsolutionCritical hit rate, multiattack rate, debuff resistance, and DMG cap are boosted, and Armor effect is granted (Can't be removed)
is a single-ally buff that grants the following: guaranteed crits, guaranteed DA, guaranteed damage reduction, a boost to triple attack rate, debuff immunity, and a boost to damage cap. Needless to say, it is a buff appreciated by players at any stage of the game, although slightly better for players with developed grids to take full advantage of the DMG cap boost.

She provides a debuff that is extremely useful if used effectively. Sea-Sky OffingCharge diamonds don't fill up / Can't use special attacks
Local status effect
extends the turns it takes for all enemies to fill their charge diamonds by 2 turns. As long as the debuff is active, C.A. activations from HP triggers won't be used either, buying time to prepare for it. (Its effect will not work on enemies whose HP triggers bypass ParalyzedCan't attack
effects.)

Priorities

Your first priority should be to put 3 points in Debuff Success, so that Sea-Sky OffingCharge diamonds don't fill up / Can't use special attacks
Base Accuracy: 90%Duration: 2 turnsLocal status effect
will have 100% base accuracy. To keep the White VeilATK, DEF, and critical hit rate are boosted and deals multiattacks (Can't be removed / Ends when endurance hits 0)
up for longer, invest 2 points in both DEF Up nodes and Fire DMG Lowered (in either order). Next, get Water ATK Up to 3★, followed by the two Triple Attack nodes up to 2★.

Since White VeilATK, DEF, and critical hit rate are boosted and deals multiattacks (Can't be removed / Ends when endurance hits 0)
provides guaranteed Double Attack, it makes her DA node unnecessary, so to round out her masteries, it's recommended to put any further points into the HP Up and/or Defense Up nodes to give her extra durability.
