| A girl who calls Erbsu Forest her home. She was the physical incarnation of the evil spirit Erbsu, but is currently given life as one who resides beside Erbsu. Bright, cheery, honest, and carefree, she also has a bit of a coy side to her, suggesting she's aware of her charms. Nerine calls herself "the greatest author the forests have ever known." In truth she knows her stories are nothing extraordinary, yet continues to write them out of appreciation for the subject matter. Nerine is currently penning A Bird's Tale, where the protagonist is set to arrive on the southern island soon. She loves her father figure Morimori, and her biggest reasons for learning to read and write are to be able to write letters to Morimori and to give her stories a concrete form. Nerine has grown to appreciate Drusilla even more than Morimori, which has caused some amount of envy from the former solacebringer. |
