| There are many ways to see the czar of a sauna—a watchful guardian who monitors the actions of other visitors, a kind evangelist who teaches correct etiquette and protects the peace of the place, or simply a troublesome customer. Regardless, anyone who is called the "czar" is most definitely not the average spa visitor. In the case of Unite and Sauna, it eventually came to light that the czar was the owner's mother herself. The large blowers this czar carried on her shoulders had been taken from the sauna's storehouse and were once used for aufguss at the suggestion of her late husband—Unite and Sauna's previous owner—though they were promptly put away due to the wind being overly strong. Although this particular czar changed her ways after becoming employed by Unite and Sauna, there are many other czars in the skies with various circumstances. There may, in fact, be a czar at the sauna closest to you. Remember—when you gaze into the sauna room, the czar also gazes into you. |
